If you believe that you are not receiving emails from BidWork then please follow these steps:
Check your 'Spam', 'Junk', 'Trash' or 'Promotion folders
BidWork's spam rating is very low, but please do check if the emails ended up here. If you find them here, please mark them as 'not spam' and mark the sender as a 'safe sender'.
Allow emails from BidWork
If you are unable to find the emails from BidWork there are a few reasons why this could happen:
- an error on your email server causing the email not to be delivered.
- your company has a specialist security system which has blocked receiving e-mails from external providers
To resolve this, please allow emails from [email protected]. The following are articles on how to do this for various internet providers:
Hotmail / Outlook
If you work for a company that has an IT department, then please contact them and ask them to 'whitelist' any emails coming from [email protected] and then contact us at support and we will confirm everything is working fine from our end.
