If you see that an invitee has not even opened the invitation you have sent to them, it could be that they haven’t received it or went into a spam folder. You can easily fix that by simply resending the invitation. 


To do so, navigate inside a package with the list of all companies that have been invited to it. To see all the individual invitees from that company simply click on the desired company. On the right at the bottom of the sidebar there will be an “Invitees” table which will display all individuals that an invitation has been sent to. If you wish to resend a specific individual the invitation, click on the resend icon next to the name of the invitee which in terms will send them the invitation once again.
