Create your own project and start building.

One of the most important things you can do on BidWork is create a project. Creating a project is easy and takes just a few steps.

To create a project follow these few simple steps,

1. Navigate to the "Your projects" page from the side menu.

2. In the "Your projects" page, press the "New project" button to be taken to the "Create project" page.

3. When you have entered all the required information, press the "Create project" button.

Keep in mind that you need to select the default return date and time. If you do not select the return time, the system will set default return time as 09:00 AM. You can always edit these details in Project Details page.

Be careful to enter the correct project address to let subcontractors know where the project is located. For more on "Project address", click here

Also, now you have two transparency features at your disposal when creating a project. The Auto-drawing register and Closed envelope bidding features.

If you want to know more about the Auto-drawing register feature, click here.

If you want to know more about Closed envelope bidding, click here.

Naturally, when you first enter your BidWork account, Your Projects page will be completely blank. But, once you start creating projects, the page will be more populated.

When you go to Your Projects Page (the three pieces of paper icon in the side menu), you will be able to see your current projects. This is also where you will be able to use various filters to find a specific project. For example, you can use the Find a project filter and search by name. Or, you can filter project by your projects or your offices.

Finally, this page also have a button called Show Archived Projects. This is where you can see all the projects that have been archived.
