Keep your packages up to date.
If you want to update a package, it is easy to edit its details as, long as it is in draft. A draft package simply means that the package has not yet been sent out. All details are still editable, however, if you want to edit certain details of an already published package, you will need to issue an addendum. For more on addendums, click here
Now, let's go back to editing your details in a draft package:
1. Navigate to your desired project and find the package that you want to edit.
2. Once you’re inside the package, navigate to the "Package details" tab.
3.Click on the "Edit" button to edit the details.
4. You can freely edit the package details. When you are ready, remember to click "Save".
Also, once you send a work package, you can then go back to the Package Details page and explore the Document Register feature.
This neat feature increases the transparency in your tendering process. Document register logs all the documents and addendums you issue to your suppliers. That way, everyone is on the same page regarding what has been sent.
Take a look at the screenshot below to learn where to find the document register feature.
Once you click on one of the three options from the screenshot above, the system will automatically download an Excel sheet that serves as a log of all the documents and addendums that have been sent in that Work Package.
