You have created your package(s) and you are ready to send them out. How can you do that? Simply by publishing them! You can publish one or multiple packages at the same time. Here’s how: 

 

Publishing a single package: 

 

1. Navigate to your desired project and find the draft package that you wish to publish.


 

 

2. Click on the package to go inside it. Once you’re inside the package, double check that you have invited your desired subcontractors/suppliers and once you are happy that you have, click the “Send” button. 


 


Hint: You can still invite new subcontractors and suppliers after you send a package.

3. Once you click "Send", the invitations to the subcontractors/suppliers will be sent out and the “Draft” token will be removed. Now your package is published and subcontractors/suppliers can start quoting.



 

Publishing multiple packages at once: 

 

1.Navigate to the packages list of your desired project. 



 

2.Tick all of the packages that are in draft mode that you wish to publish. 



 

3.Once you’ve selected your packages, click on the "Send" button. This will open up a dialogue to confirm your action. 



 

4.Your packages have been published, invitations have been sent out to the subcontractors and suppliers
