Not all users have equal access to Once For All. Similar to the Office Lead role formerly on Bidwork, Organisation Administrators have the most authority over what information they can create, read, update or delete. Some of the things that distinguish Administrators from regular users are:

  • They can add new users
  • They can add new Organisation Units
  • They can assign other Administrators
  • They can amend user permissions
  • They can disable user accounts
  • They can request the removal of user accounts

There are two types of Administrators:

  • Organisation Administrator - Users can access Admin, allowing them to create and manage users across the whole organisation.
  • Organisation Unit Administrator - Users can access Admin, allowing them to create and manage users within an organisation unit.

Organisation Unit Administrators can only manage the users within the organisation units they have access to. As Supplier members only have access to one Organisation Unit, this is the only Administrator permission available.

To assign an Organisation Administrator, click the “Admin” option in the menu on the left.

Navigate to the “Manage Permissions” page. Here you can see all permissions and assign users to each permission. Select “Manage Users” next to the Organisation Administrator or Organisation Unit Administrator permission.

Use the toggle to activate the permission for that user. Click “Confirm” once you have selected all users you require.
