Seamless communication between you and your invitees.
Sending messages is a great way to communicate pricing to subcontractors and suppliers. Messages can be sent on project and on package level.
Messages can be sent by both contractors and subcontractors. In this article we’re only focusing on the contractor side and on project level only.
*Please note that subcontractors & suppliers cannot see who else the message is sent to. Everyone you send a message to is sent an individual email from you to them even though you might be sending it to multiple invitees in one go.
Sending out messages on project level:
1. In order to send a message on a project level you should choose your desired project, navigate to the "Messages" tab and press the "Send message" button.
2. On your left side you can choose tenderers from all packages in that project to which you want to send a message depending on their status (have quoted, have responded etc).
3. On the right side you can enter the subject and the message you wish to send. Don’t forget to press the send button to confirm your message.
4. Once you are ready, click on the "Send message" button. This will send out the message to all tenderers you have selected.
