As with any project, figures change with time. Iteration is the key to being able to adapt to the current situation. On BidWork it is very easy to revise old information, especially old quotes - by following these steps:

1.Go to "Your projects" menu on the sidebar and navigate to a project of your choice.

2. After you have navigated to your project there are multiple ways to find the quote you wish to revise:

Packages list

The packages list is where all the packages from a project are displayed. Click on the package anywhere except the “Manage package button” to show you a dropdown of all tenderers in that package. Hover over the pencil icon menu and click on the “View quote” button.

Pencil icon menu

After you’ve reached the packages list, click on the “Manage package” button. This will lead you to the tenderers table in that package. Hover over the pencil icon menu over your preferred tenderer and click on the “View quote” button. This will take you to your desired quote directly.

Quote tab on package level

In a similar way to the previous method, click on the “Manage package” button. Once there, navigate to the "Quotes" tab at the top. This will open the quotes list from all subcontractors in that package. You need to click on your desired quote. This is where you can find the "Revise quote" button.

Quote tab on project level

Here you can scroll through all of the quotes that have been submitted from all packages across the project. Once you click on your desired quote, you can find the "Revise quote" button.

Once you go inside a quote from any of the paths above, scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Revise quote" button.

It is the same process as the creating a quote. Update the details that are outdated and remember to click "Save".
