There may come situations in which you just don’t have the time to upload a quotation on behalf of a subcontractor. You can very easily mark your subcontractors as quoted and it will create a “lazy quote” which you can revise later on. But how does a “lazy quote” differ from the process of regularly uploading a quote? Marking as quoted differs:
-It does not account for the latest addendum issued.
-There is no need to write a message/details for it.
-There is no need to upload any documents.
When you have more time, later on, or if the subcontractor joins BidWork, this “lazy quote” can be revised by either side. Once the quote is revised, you can’t unmark a subcontractor as quoted.

2. The status of that subcontractor will be updated to "Quoted" and the chevrons moved accordingly.
